IRIS CF advises Inteco on sale to Orange Climate

Orange Climate, a developer and producer of sustainable climate solutions, acquires Inteco. Inteco is known for its climate ceilings, induction unites and phase changing materials (PCM).

Inteco is a Dutch firm with its headquarters and production facility in Boxtel (NB). The company has been a specialist in climate ceilings for over 25 years. Their in-house developed and produced climate ceilings are supplied to clients throughout Europe. Furthermore, the companies has its own test facility. In 1996, Inteco was acquired by Verhulst Luchtbehandeling, which was later acquired by Econosto and in 2002 Inteco became independent again.
