Tobias Taminiau

With over 20 years of experience as an M&A dealmaker in the Dutch mid-market—initially as a corporate finance advisor at Rabobank and later as an investment manager at the private equity firm Antea Participaties—Tobias has been involved in more than 100 M&A transactions as both an advisor and investor.
Since 2016, he has played a key role as a partner in expanding the advisory practice of IRIS CF. Since 2019, he has been offering capital solutions to the IRIS CF network under the name IRIS Investment Club.

Sparring partner

Due to the growth of the portfolio, he gradually phased out his M&A advisory activities for IRIS CF as of 2022. In 2023, he joined the Advisory Board of IRIS CF. In this capacity, he primarily acts as a strategic sounding board for IRIS CF on private equity matters and makes his network, expertise, and experience available to the IRIS CF deal teams.

Rob de Laat

With his background as an entrepreneur and investor, Rob brings extensive knowledge and a broad network in the staffing industry, where he has been active for over 30 years. He successfully sold his companies Flex Group Nederland to DPA and Staffing Management Services to HeadFirstSource Group. In addition to being an investor in various growth companies within the staffing sector, Rob also served as chairman of the industry association Bovib until 2019.

Sparring partner

As of 2023, Rob has joined the Advisory Board. In this role, he contributes his entrepreneurial experience, network, and in-depth knowledge of the staffing industry to support the IRIS CF deal teams and their clients.
