Since IRIS Corporate Finance was founded in 2010, it has grown into a leading, specialised M&A boutique that supports transactions in various sectors in the Netherlands and abroad from its offices in Rotterdam and Eindhoven. We consider it a challenge to help entrepreneurs grow and/or complete their life’s work. We focus on medium-sized, mainly owner-managed businesses, and guide them through purchase and sale processes. 

We use an efficient, professional and above all practical approach by combining analytical thinking with creativity, courage and social skills. We work with a team of 17 young, enthusiastic professionals in a fast-growing organisation.

  • 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience in M&A or corporate finance
  • A university degree in an economic/financial subject
  • Strong communicative and social skills
  • A proactive and flexible attitude
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Affinity with entrepreneurs
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Dutch and English

What can we offer you?

From day one, you will be fully immersed in projects, working with one or two other colleagues. You will be immediately involved in content but also in communicating with external parties such as clients, banks, advisors and private equity. The work includes drafting sales and financing memoranda, analysing the market and performing valuations.
