Collins Foods Limited, listed on the S&P/ASX 200, has acquired 100% of the shares of nine KFC franchise restaurants in the Rotterdam region (‘KFC Rotterdam’). IRIS CF advised the shareholders of KFC Rotterdam in this transaction.

Located on Bergweg in Rotterdam, KFC Rotterdam was the first KFC outlet in the Netherlands 50 years ago. The family business expanded over the years, ultimately leading to nine branches operating in Rotterdam, Barendrecht and Spijkenisse. KFC Rotterdam is the largest independent franchisee in the Netherlands.
