With the acquisition of Mulcoflex, ReneCo takes a first step towards its ambition of growing into a full-service applicator in the construction sector. IRIS CF advised the shareholders of ReneCo on this transaction and also arranged the acquisition financing.

Mulcoflex is an established player with over 50 years of experience in concrete repair, joint sealing, and wall and floor coating for the residential and commercial construction market. The Rotterdam-based company serves homeowners’ associations (VVEs), housing associations, painting contractors, property maintenance companies and mid-sized construction contractors.
