IRIS CF advised the shareholders of Boot & Co. B.V. in the merger with Darthuizer B.V. into Boot & Dart Group and arranged the financing.

For over 60 years, Boot & Co. has been growing and supplying a wide range of high quality plants including standard trees, transplants hedging and specimens. Boot & Co. has become one of the largest nurseries in the Netherlands. Besides producing and marketing plants for Local Government and private sector landscape projects in the Netherlands, the company exports to numerous other European countries.
Darthuizer
Since 1924, nursery Darthuizer has been a specialist in cultivating a wide range of plants that are especially suitable for public spaces. Next to the nursery in Leersum, which has 14,000 m² of heated greenhouses, a modern block of cold rooms and transportation barns, Darthuizer cultivates every product in combination with the best soil types: trees on the sand of Noord Brabant, forest plants in Zundert, cultivation in the open in Boskoop, shrubs and roses in containers in Leersum.
