His professional background with BDO and Rabobank has given him a solid financial knowledge as well as an expertise in cross border transactions.
Dominique has been with IRIS CF as M&A consultant from the start. He has extensive experience with acquisitions and has conducted research into the impact of macro-economic factors on (international) investment decisions and their returns.
Evert obtained a master’s degrees in Finance and Supply Chain Management at Tilburg University and made a career in mid-market M&A at a Dutch bank. Evert’s goal is to make his knowledge and experience in dealmaking available to entrepreneurs and companies to create optimal solutions.

After an athletic career, Olivier has successfully completed a Fiscal Economics master’s degree. His drive and dedication together with his analytical and communicative skills ensures Olivier’s added value in dealmaking for mid-market entrepreneurs and companies.
