Jan-Willem Ditters has over 25 years’ experience in M&A in Netherlands and abroad. Hij has been involved in over 200 buy side and sell side projects in a wide variety of sectors. His professional background with BDO and Rabobank has given him a solid financial knowledge as well as an expertise in cross border transactions.
Dominique has been involved with IRIS CF as an M&A consultant since the company was founded in 2010. He graduated from the University of Amsterdam and has over 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. He combines his analytical skills with practical solutions for entrepreneurs.
Evert obtained a master’s degrees in Finance and Supply Chain Management at Tilburg University and made a career in mid-market M&A at a Dutch bank. Evert’s goal is to make his knowledge and experience in dealmaking available to entrepreneurs and companies to create optimal solutions.
Dylan completed his Master’s degree in Financial Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam and has a strong affinity with the mid-market as well as extensive experience in M&A. He bridges the gap between financial figures and complex structures on the one hand, and the practical reality of the entrepreneur on the other, ensuring that insights translate into well-founded decision-making.

After a professional sports career, Olivier successfully completed his Master’s degree in Fiscal Economics at Maastricht University. Sander has a background in Financial Economics and graduated from Erasmus University Rotterdam. At IRIS CF, he serves as Manager and Project Lead, focusing on mid-market M&A transactions. Driven by his interest in the mid-market and his practical approach, Sander acts as a valuable sparring partner for business owners throughout the entire M&A process.
