Agentslab B.V. has secured growth financing through an equity investment from Impacto Group B.V., the investment vehicle of entrepreneur Eelco Vissinga. Prior to this investment, IRIS Corporate Finance also advised the shareholders of AgentsLab on the buy-out of an existing shareholder as well as securing a bridge loan. IRIS CF acted as advisor to AgentsLab throughout the entire process. The transaction marks an important step in the further development of the company. With Impacto Group B.V. joining as shareholder, AgentsLab gains additional capital and strategic support to accelerate its growth ambitions. The investment will be used for the further development of the platform, expansion of the team and the establishment of a nationwide partner network.
